In Demystify AI Studio's Build-A-Bot, the Organization Management section allows users to manage team members, control permissions, and handle important settings for their organization. Here’s a guide to managing your organization effectively.
The Members section helps you view and manage the individuals in your organization. You can access it by clicking on your organization logo in the bottom-left corner of the interface.
Member List Tab: This tab displays all current members of the organization, including their email addresses, join dates, and assigned roles within the organization.
Invitations Tab: In this tab, you can manage invitations for potential new members. View pending invitations, and resend or revoke them as needed.
User Roles: Every member has an assigned role that controls their level of access within the organization:
Roles can be adjusted by clicking the role dropdown next to a member's name.
The Settings section allows you to manage key aspects of your organization's profile and take critical actions like leaving or deleting the organization.
