Customize Your AI Assistant

In Demystify AI Studio's Build-A-Bot, you can customize your AI Assistant to align with your brand’s identity and enhance the user experience on your website. The settings on the left side of the panel allow you to personalize various elements of the AI Assistant, and any changes are reflected in real-time on the preview pane to the right.

Customization Options:

AI Assistant Name

• Purpose: Identify your assistant clearly for customers.
• Action: Enter the desired name for your assistant in the text field. This name will be displayed as the sender of messages in the chat interface.

Logo

• Recommendation: Use a square image of 120x120 pixels for optimal display, with a size no more than 4.5 MB.
• Action: Click ‘Upload’ to add or change the logo that appears in the chat bubble and the chat header. This visual identifier helps users associate the chat with your brand.

Color

• Purpose: Use your brand’s primary color as the accent color in the chat interface.
• Action: Enter a hex color code or use the color picker to choose a color. This will update the chat bubble and other accent elements within the chat interface.

First Message

• Purpose: Set the initial greeting message users see when they open the chat.
• Action: Input your preferred welcome message in the text field. This message sets the tone for the conversation and is the first interaction users have with your AI Assistant.
