The Chats page provides an overview of your AI Assistant’s interactions with visitors, while the Leads Tab helps you manage visitors who have converted into leads by providing contact information. This section gives you insights into chat performance and lead generation.
The Chats page is your primary hub for monitoring how your AI Assistant interacts with visitors and gathering valuable insights from these conversations.
A visitor is converted into a lead once they provide any contact information during a chat. After the conversation is completed, you will receive a notification in your inbox, and the lead will be easy to find in the Leads tab within the chat list.
If the lead continues interacting with the Assistant and provides additional details, that information will be updated and displayed in the chat details.
